What You Will See
In Vietnam, a wonderful country in Southeast Asia, you will participate in a cruise in Halong Bay, 'where the dragon descends into the sea', and the unforgettable night fishing session. You will walk through the old quarter of Hanoi and taste the famous egg coffee. You will choose the best ingredients at the market to cook and taste traditional dishes with a local family and visit Hang Son Doong, the largest natural cave in the world!
I will visit the Cu Chi tunnels, with their extensive underground network of galleries used during the war. I will attend a traditional water puppet show. I will discover the Eastern art of carpet weaving. I will taste regional specialties such as 'elephant ear fish' or 'Khoai my luoc', boiled cassava.

Hanoi Capital located on the right bank of the Red River where ancient and modern blend together.
Halong Bay a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a symbol of Vietnam around the world. One of the most spectacular landscapes in the country, with about 3,000 limestone islets covered in lush vegetation.
Ben Tre In the Mekong Delta. A tropical dream that becomes reality, with its coconut palms, the hidden channels in the jungle, the hammocks and the villages surrounded by nature.
Hoi An a UNESCO World Heritage city known as the City of Lanterns, reflects a blend of diverse cultures: it was inhabited by the Chinese, Japanese, Dutch, French, and Portuguese.
The best time to visit Vietnam
Vietnam has a pleasant climate from November to April. The summer is humid and rainy, but it's the best time to visit the rice terraces in the north. The central and southern regions are warm all year round.
